Same here in Netherlands, most of the big shops do not charge you for the return sending, with the Aura HD I heard about problems with the light coming trough the back layer that looks like dead pixels,so I ordered 2 and take the one without the "dead pixels" and sended the other one back.
With a credit (master) card you also have an buyer protection/insurance for 6 months as an adittional term on the warranty.
Also with all the big shops,if you once buyed something, you can pay after you received the items (unless you are on the register of non paying customers or in deep debts) and when you return it, it suspends your pay obligation.
You can return it without any reason given.
You must leave the package undamaged, unless it is in that blister thing that you can't open without cutting it,you may send that back with the damaged blister because it is their choise to pack it in.
During the warrantee time, the shop that sold it to you is responsible for repairs.
Only exclusion are things for hygiene reasons.. fill in yourself what that means
