I enjoyed the New Jedi Order series that started with Vector Prime.
The two series after that, Legacy of the Force and Fate of the Jedi were both awful...and this is coming from someone who loooooooves Star Wars.
Zahn's work, the X wing series and some of the stand alones like The Han Solo Adventures, the Lando Calrissian Adventures, etc were good.
