GOT IT_COMPARATIVE REVIEW

Got my Glo HD a few hours ago. Loaded up the library, tweaked the settings and did some reading. My impressions follow.

Readers I currently Own: Multiple 1st and 2nd gen Kindles. Multiple paperwhites (1st and 2nd Gen), two DX readers (Pearl screens) a Voyage and a Kobo H20. The DXs and the H20 have been my goto readers. The Paperwhites have blotches (even the 2nd gen). The Voyage COULD have been the best but the yellow at top, bluish at bottom coloring ruined it for me. I use it with the light off and external lamp. I like the high rez screen just not the bizzare uneven color. Yes I am fussy.

So how does the Glo HD stack up? AMAZING! My unit has perfectly even coloring and lighting. No blotches! Crisp text. Much clearer than my H20. The page turn speeds are fine. I can not find anything to complain about!

I am thrilled. I have finally obtained a great, front lit eink reader without obvious flaws.

Ordered a Glo cover from Amazon since these appear to fit the HD version.

If you get a good screen, this is the reader to have!
