Good info on why the plugins cannot be included in Calibre.

Screaming for "click me"? Don't see it, not unless you mean the "latest tools_v6.2.1.zip". For someone new in this Calibre and plugin, the term "latest tools" doesn't ring a bell, "plugin" would.
