I have just tried contacting Kobo's 'customer care' (snigger @ that misnomer) to ask where my missing 90% codes are, but the only option it would give me was to contact them by phone, which I cant do. There was no email option at all. I sent it anyway, with 'no phone' typed in the phone number box, so maybe someone will email back, but I wont be holding my breath!
