I think country of origin might be better than ethnicity. There are probably too many countries to list, so how about: American; European; Australasian; Asian;South American; African (maybe Middle-Eastern as well?)?
Given that non-fiction was specifically excluded from the nominations, it could be removed from the genres too (the question becomes "which fiction genres do you read most often?").
Is Sex:Other a joke, or do we really have members who are neither male nor female?
