I saw a 4-in-1 collection after my original post, which would bring the tally on that site to at least 37/40, and it's entirely possible that I missed the other three. At any rate, I expect to be linkifying an up-to-date bibliography later this year, so I'll have that to go by... or, if I get impatient, there's always the Goodreads list.
