I tried three of the books I'm currently reading, and this problem occured only on this one book.

But then I got frustrated with the weird semi-refreshing after looking up a word in the dictionary, and I was pretty sure the new chapter double refresh did not occur in that book on the previous firmware, so I reverted to 3.13.1 per this thread.

The downgrade on my H2O seems to be successful and all the annoying partial refreshes and double refreshes have now vanished.
