I was bummed about the no root because I feel naked without a firewall, but
NoRoot Firewall showed up in Google Play since the last time I checked. I did a little testing and it seems to work.
It's got a 4.5" screen, front and back cameras, quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM, GPS, compass and a relatively large (~2Ah) battery.
If you want to activate it as a phone, the minimun card is $45 for unlimited talk/text and 1GB data.
