Naturally, with a live touch screen the 700 does draw more power by default.
Its design and schematics are also different so there is a hit there too. However,
I am not seeing what you are saying. After 4 days of non-use, and no shutdown,
there is only one bar missing. Of course this is a rough idea as there is no real
benchmark for battery testing on these devices. Even if you got 50% of what
sony claims for page turning, you should still get more than "hours" on your 700.
My guess, is that you MAY be using some kind of complex files that are
taking more to process / render or index. Or maybe your audio files are
in play mode without you knowing? Barring a bad battery, I'd say
something is up.
