Thanks for all the comments. I keep an audio version of my ebooks on the 2gig memory card and I am going to remove it.

I just turned my ebook on after letting it sit for 4 days (it was only down one bar) and within an hour it said low battery (used the light and had the memory card inserted). I had done a compete device shutdown also. The battery life on my 505 seemed like it lasted weeks whereas my 700 appears to be hours. I am also going to get an AC charger.
