In the Netherlands you have the legal right by law that you can always cancel/send back an article bought in an internet shop within 14 days because you can't see and feel the article like in a real shop.
At both shops you can return without a reason your article within 3 weeks.
You pay after receiving the article.
So if I don't want it,don't like it,or have a double shipment, I can return one of them.
If it's broken, I can return it, I have nothing to do with Kobo that want to take it back or replace it, that is my legal right to do.
