Actually I'm baffled with weather to switch back to 13.1.3.
To me, the most improved feature is frontlight control: the choppy and non-responsive behaviour has been fixed perfectly in this update. So did the margin selection bug.
But the speed of page-turning is awkward for some books. Half a second to turn a page - that's kind of unacceptable if I'm reading a novel. Also, it still giving me some funny hyphenations like 'ont-ology' or 'appr-opriate'.
For PDFs, I really think they should use the 'top-half / bottom-half' style for page-flipping in horizontal mode.
