I read many hours on my H2O since upgrading to 3.15 and my impressions are quite the opposite: I feel taps or swipes are rather smoother and more consistent, though all in all not very different from what it was with the previous f/w. But I'd say anyone's interaction is individual (speed, pressure and such).
