Denver6 - Try taking a copy of the .CBR, rename that to .CBZ and see if that converts
Else try to unpack the CBR with something (WinRAR, 7zip etc) and rebuild as a ZIP or RAR.
It may be damaged in which case you might be able to repair it with WinRAR.
