I need reflow because sometimes font sizes on a page are ok for me and sometimes not ok . I would have to have different Chrome accessibility settings for different sites. Without reflow I can't read easily. Also I prefer the desktop version of websites - mobile versions usually suck. Google will see the mobile version of a site as acceptable and the desktop version not acceptable. With text reflow the desktop version works perfectly.
Google finds this page mobile friendly, but the font size is too small for me and the comments section has a tiny font that I don't think anyone could read.

Google finds this page mobile friendly and the font size is much bigger than the gsmarena font. This is using Chrome with the same accessibility setting.
