I guess the issue only remains with their customer support and description. According to that, only a 100% verification will raise that limit. Don't forget about the 12% fee that they and the bank charges, though. That, and ship, it's not 799 as you claim. It's about 906 USD, and only if you ship to Oregon or whatever their warehouse is. Other forwarders also charge less than 12%, fwiw.
