As far as I understood, anything but a full 100% will not help with that limit and only prevent suspension of your account (as in: above 65%). What really put me off was the fact that they require you to do wire transfers for the "assisted purchase" and don't accept paypal.

No problem assisted packages above 750usd with my verification limit (my sony digital paper was 799).
Pay my assited purchases by paypal including my sony. Not an issue.
