Everything, at least if you did the JB while running 5.6.0.1 before you installed the complete replacement of the file system image.

Which included such nice things as the JB and MKK.

As NiLuJe posted, the JB **should** have survived - but that manual downgrading of 5.6.x to 5.4.<whatever> followed by upgrading to 5.4.5.1 is not exactly a commonly tested for situation.

Just start over -
Install JB from NiLuJe's snapshots thread (which should also fix the missing MKK).

Check KUAL - it should be working again, if not, re-install it.

Install (or re-install) the Backdoor lock and lock it.

Since you mentioned "sync with Amazon" - you must have registered the device -
Check its registration, if you have to change its registration status, you may have to also re-install MKK (after each change).

Stay away from the "factory reset" function.

Make sure your health insurance covers self inflicted wounds to your foot (or feet in this case).
