I find I have to tap a couple of times too on my Voyage. I am a bit touch screen challenged though. My PW1 was way more responsive though, I barely had to touch with a feather light touch. The voyage, I have to tap differently. Not harder, just more skin. I can't describe it well. I only use the page thingies to read and I just do a bit more careful when doing search and stuff.
Out of curiosity I had my husband try the PW1, which is his and then the Voyage. It turns fine at first tap with him, go figure. But I still have to sometimes tap a few times.
eta: like just right now I tested it and its turning the page at each tap , go figure.
