Thanks for the info. I wouldn't know, as I have never used either.

I don't use many extensions, mostly Firefox acts how I like it to. I block ads, use Lastpass, Google Search Link Fix (from editing themselves, wrecks copy-paste) and InlineDisposition2.



As far as "Security fixes but not new features" goes... what about Firefox ESR? It basically does just that, basing off every eighth version and merging the security fixes for each skipped version.

A tad unrealistic to expect security fixes to be backported to any version of Firefox ad infinitum, but this seems to be the closest real-world equivalent, and probably what you meant all along.
