Can't understand the reason for the price differential for Jacqueline Winspear's ebook:

A Dangerous Place
Kobo: $19.19
Amazon: $12.93
Publisher for both Amazon and Kobo versions: Allison & Busby

Both released today, 23 April.

the book is discountable at Kobo Aus, but there aren't any codes that you can use to discount it. I can't see the reason why Aus and NZ aren't included in the monthly Contests.
