For my part they didn’t achieve this, although I opened several new accounts to use the codes, after my purchases I closed all the accounts so after the referral I still have only one kobo account.
I hope I receive some off the referrals emails from this new batch, after having given away my last coupons I remembered one book, If all works ok I’d have several to receive since I opened 6 or 7 accounts, but since this is Kobo and they are unpredictable I’ll keep my fingers crossed.
