I highly recommend Chris Bell's collection of Flash Fiction pieces, collected in "The Concentrated Essence of Any Number of Ravens."

These pieces touch upon the human side of reality, but also skirt the fantastic.

I got this when it was free, although it's currently priced at $2.99. It's worth it, in my opinion. In fact, I'll be buying some of other work.
