Hi everyone,

I updated the latest 64 bit version of Calibre 2.25 and now I cannot import any books into my Calibre library. When I try the entire program freezes and I can't do anything. I can't back out or abort from the import window and Calibre won't close. I have to close Calibre using the task manager to end the Calibre program.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing several times and nothing resolves this issue. I also tried importing with several different books. I get the same freeze up. I don't want to lose my existing library. I've attached a capture of when I try to import a book and where Calibre freezes.

Can someone please tell me what to do to get this issue worked out or what the problem is?
