[PERSISTENCE]

I am running Calibre 2.6 on Windows 7 (x86)

PROBLEM: -->I cannot drag and drop ebook files into the "edit metadata" window. (It is the easiest way to add additional /alternate file types for a book into the calibre library, but due to a bug, it is not possible on my x86 system.)
It DOES work on the x64 /Windows 7 system (calibre 2.6).

This is a problem because if I have a few file types for one book (eg pdf, mobi, epub), I must either add them to the library by drag/drop into the main window (which creates ONE ENTRY for each file type, even though they are the same book) OR by adding the book into the "EDIT METADATA" window (requires browsing to the correct files, more difficult than drag and drop).

PLEASE ADVISE if anyone can help me!
