Use the Tag Browser for a simple, easy selection

In the formats Section: click PDF twice (red minus will now show=exclude PDF)
HOLD the control key: click EPUB (once)
<let up the control key>

These are your candidates as you requested

Select all (ctrl-A) or click the box just above the row numbers
tap 'C' for convert (and finish the seclection of options to taste)

WAIT... this will take quite some time if more than a few books

BUT Why? (except to save time later)

If you CONNECT via USB and try and send a book without the proper format to your device, Calibre will ask if you want to have it convert (on the fly).
With the device connected, right-click the device and configure the supported formats AND order you wish to allow eg AZW3 before Mobi
