Could "near simultaneous" be reasonable defined as "within 5 minutes of each other" since a difference between the time the two posts were posted could fall within the realm of the lag between the time the post is posted and the time it actually appears in the thread (as an example, when two posts that are posted at the same time appear at different times in the thread, with the possibility that a post that was posted before another one appears in the thread after one that was posted later)?
