I think that Glo and h2O use different text strings to show the % read in small tiles. The h2o uses a texts string to put a font size smaller than in the main tile. Glo have the same size of font in all tiles.
Please can you prepare your patch with the last file sent? I put a point and I think the solution will works fine for me. Works on another patch but I do not like the translation.
