Kindles are incredible little devices, and should they have a wider, more easily accessible set of features, they would be my choice without thought. But what was appealing to me about the Book was the ability to "open it up" with only moderate hacks. I can't solder lol.
I have the opportunity to get a Nook simpletouch from a friend, and will be installing Android on it this week, but my sights are now set on a Onyx T62! I had come across the T68 but wasn't sold on it. I think the T62 is perfect, and will be on the look out for it or something like it to go in and buy new. Like it was mentioned, you get what you pay for, and something designed with the functionality I'm looking for is by far the optimal choice.
