In my own limited experience of touch-screen ereaders, I find the capacitive touch to be far more precise, highlighting passages is certainly a lot easier on the PW2 than any other reader I've tried (I've yet to play with the Aura H2O though). However, some people just don't seem to get on with capacitive touch, so you really have to try it out for yourself to see what suits you better. I don't think there is one necessarily any better than the other, although I have always understood capacitive to be the more precise of the two, but perhaps that's just down to my own experience, they both have their good and bad points.
