A factory reset is a temporary solution because each time Google Store activate Download Manager, the latter download the last Google Play Service update and it causes the problem again.

Thank you, it is rather a depressive information for me. Is there any idea when a solution will be released? Since I do not understand why to use Android without Google Play.
