That is also part of the reason why I detest the <em> and <strong> tags over the <i> and <b> tags. The one is about structure, the other about styling and mean something different. They are not the same! I don't mind the tags themselves, but their incorrect usage.

Even worse are a CSS styles for bold and italic and then using spans. That's really annoying.
Another annoying thing is using <div class="block"> when a blockquote should be used and then there are the fave blockquotes that don't have an offset right margin because the uidiots makiung the ePub use rules from the highly obsolete Mobipocket.
And what about a contents link inside the NCX ToC? That's just stupid. You ARE at the ToC. No need to go jumping to the worthless internal ToC. The internal ToC is just a POS put in because of Amazon.
