You know the worst part, Hitch? Even as a thoroughly heterosexual male, I view these as a good excuse to get up and refill my glass. Really, they're boring. And you know nothing important is going to happen until the scene is over. (I don't watch GoT -- couldn't stand the books, can't see why I should bother with the TV series. But I do watch Outlander, and it's got more of the same. )
