Just make sure the MOBI has both, and send it. Do NOT send dual-MOBI, as the AZW3 portion sent to supported devices will be lacking a cover. No NOT send AZW3, as it won't even get through.

No matter what you do, there will be a small Personal banner at the bottom of the thumbnail.
