Most USB2UART Bridges using 3,3V or 5V from USB.

The FTDI is a good choice with high modularity and voltagelevel choice.

A good alternative is a bridge with a CP2104 chip from Silicon Labs.
These USB to serial adapter supports also 1.8V and most bridges with this chip have a buildin jumper to plugin an external voltage for the logiclevels.

just google for 'USB to UART Bridge CP2104' there are many hits.

But it must be a cp2104, the cp2102 is not capable of 1,8V.
