OK, sorry for the delay. I've been busy with stuff, and also got a Kobo H20 which is surprisingly nice.

@eschwartz and @NiLuJe: Thanks for the fixes; I merged the PR and made a new package including voyage support as requested (in first post).

@Belenos: As for the nested collections, I had done something about it but the firmware was set against it. Have things changed on that matter?
