I have tried several times to generate more codes but none have worked for over a week. I gave all my codes away as I thought they only worked until the 7th (that'll teach me for not reading properly!).
So I'll be watching with interest to see if anyone is able to get the referrals to work, or receives any codes from referrers first purchase.
