Saving to disk
I am wondering why, after all the trouble I went through choosing the best quality cover for the book, it does not get saved when I save to disk. It only does so when I convert to epub. I read earlier that it is best not to convert your epub to epub again, if there is no problem with the book, because it can tamper with eg the content table or so.
How can I resolve this?
Also, there are labels to books which I would like to batch-replace over the whole library say "non fiction" => "non fictie". Is that possible and how so ?
