I just recently did a search, yet again, for the Cadfael cozy mystery series by Ellis Peters at the Philadelphia Library, and they now have the ebooks!!!

They also now have the outstanding and deeply moving
Brothers of Gwynedd -- historical fiction covering the saga of Llywelyn, the last crowned Welsh Prince of Wales, written using her real name, Edith Pargeter -- with
The Heaven Tree Trilogy yet to be acquired, though I see they're fund-raising for more ebooks.
Apparently I've not been the only one looking for them -- I find them great to curl up with; she takes good care of her readers, and the character of Brother Cadfael is, for me, a comforting one.
Here's the link to the library:

Their ebooks:

And for getting a card:

So if you have an account there ($50/yr now), you can reserve and download those books to read. Yes, the Open Library also has most of them, but they're a real mess, bad products of unedited fast scanning. The many books I've checked out from the Philadelphia Library have always been of good quality.
