One thing I can suggest is that if you are not running formware version 3.13.1, try installing that and see what happens. Maybe a new firmware version will fix your problem.
I've used 3 different firmware versions on my H2O and <books worked on all of them. I never did try the firmware the H2O shipped with as after I registered, I downloaded and installed 3.11.0.
