For sure, U have your personal reasons and I do understand them,I don't say Kobo is the leading reader for me,and a more adjustable front page would be one of my favorites and I am very sorry it isn't possible.
I was only acting on one of the reasons to say no to this device: The (maybe) not present card reader.
The choice between ,lets say a 200 dpi reader with a card reader, or a 300 dpi reader without card reader for me would be simple, the screen is what you see,every time you read... the menu or the card gives more comfort in use,but the screen gives you so much more then this.
If the choice would be 150 euro's for a 200 dpi and card reader, or 200 euro's with a 300 dpi screen and no card reader, I still would choose the 300 dpi,because the screen is what you watch every second.
But lets get back to the device itself
