As far as I can tell, ever since that update, the Chrome browser will crash. The screen goes black, then the app is closed and I am on my Nexus home screen. Tapping the icon brings Chrome back to where I was, nothing lost. But it is very annoying and happens very frequently.
Has anyone else experienced Chrome crashing on theirs?

My Nexus 7 (2012) has been on 5.1 for several weeks now. The performance is better than it was under 5.0.2 for the most part. However, sometimes Chrome does hang, especially when started up by the Google search app! Sometimes the tablet appears to have crashed (black screen) but if let alone, it will come back to life on it own. Can't call Lollipop boring!
