Something weird is definitely going on.
I've been generating codes to different email addresses in one of the domains I have.
Thirty codes I generated yesterday morning were invalid yesterday night. However, ten codes someone sent me days ago were still good.
I tried to generate some new codes using a valid kobo referring account, and they never got sent (from several countries). However, if I entered a non-kobo referring account, and referred to a domain I hadn't used before, it created the codes, but the codes were invalid.
After all this, I was able to make the purchase using those ten codes I'd received days ago from someone else, even though they were to my standard domain.
