Sorry you're going through that. When my Dad was dying it really split the family. My mom had put him into care and he kept begging to go home. Even a close family friend offered her home. That bitch denied a two pack a day smoker to go outside and have the occasional smoke, the facility actually had a smoking area as the age group reflected the smoking culture.

Even those condemned to die are allowed to smoke. His death was not handled well at all. We haven't spoken in 4 years. I have up sending birthday and Christmas gifts, they were never acknowledged.

I hope it doesn't go this badly for you pooh. There really was no reason for this. An overwhelming control freak ego needed to orchestrate everything.
