Hugo award finalists have been announced. For a second year in a row, a group of people have gamed the nominations. I wasn't planning on purchasing a membership this year, but I'm considering to pay my fees so I can vote "No Award" for a large block of the nominations.
Holy Sh*t, that's pathetic. I only recognized three names and two of them were semiprozines the other was Mike Resnick.
