Yeah the features on my TODO list for the viewer are annotations (more complex ones than just bookmarks) and reading time.
However, annotations are likely going to have to wait till after I finish the redesign of the content server -- the content server will be getting its own in browser viewer so I will at that time have to add some sort of system for the calibre viewer and the content server viewer to sync annotations/last read position between them.
