I expressly avoided using the terms right and wrong. I think most would agree that it is
best practice to follow whatever
conventions the host OS uses. It would be just as annoying if the Windows X button acted like the red Mac Close/X button. The only 'right' implementation is whatever the OS standard is, and the list in my post is where Calibre acts non uniformly on Mac.
