Feature Request: Get word count for current article/chapter
It'd be really nice to be able to get a word count of the current chapter or article being viewed. This kind of goes along with my other request to give completion time and reading speed estimates, but it would also be nice to be able to click a button or hotkey to count the words in the current article/chapter or maybe even have an option to show it in the TOC. The TOC display would be neat to compare article lengths for news downloads because sometimes I just have a few minutes and want to jump to something short rather than a long feature piece.
