Emeril Kindle books
Great finds.

I snagged three or four of them. BAM! That's the good news. The bad news? I've blown my cookbook budget. BAM!

I wonder if there is any overlap of the books are far as the included recipes are concerned. For example, there is Emeril's Delmonico, which has quasi recipes from his New Orleans restaurant by the same name. Then, there's a book named something like 20-40-60, which is a book of recipes sorted by preparation time. Are none of the recipes in those books in his other books? I would feel better about having to pass up buying some of his books if I knew that some of the recipes in them were in books that I already owned.
